Change from hardrive E to hardrive C.

I did a complete system reboot. Erased all old Primarys. Reinstalled Windows XP, All Dell software, DVD Burnners CD Burnners, etc.. etc... etc.... Now all new hardware is running on E: drive instead of C: drive. Can someone please tell me how to re activate my C: drive. My E: drive is fu
